What is AFC Future Leaders Olympiad?
AFC Future Leaders Olympiad is a skill-based competition designed to assess students’ knowledge, logical reasoning, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, leadership and decision-making abilities.
Who can participate in the Olympiad?
School, Madrasha, College and University students can participate. Eligible gap/recent graduate students can also participate in their designated level.
What type of questions will be included?
The Olympiad will include MCQ-based questions covering Scholarship & Opportunity Awareness, Career & Job Readiness, Digital Skills, Communication, Leadership, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Science and General Scientific Knowledge.
Is the Olympiad only based on academic subjects?
No. The Olympiad focuses on practical skills and real-life thinking rather than academic memorization alone.
How many questions and marks will there be?
There will be 50 questions carrying 50 marks in total.
Will participants receive a certificate?
Yes. Participants who successfully attend the Olympiad will receive a Digital Participation Certificate through email.
Will there be any recognition or gifts for top performers?
Yes. Selected top performers may receive special recognition, AFC medals, Crests, Printed Certificate, T-shirt, exclusive gifts and other opportunities according to the official criteria.
When will AFC Future Leaders Olympiad 2026 be held?
The updated Olympiad date is 09 October 2026. Participants will take part according to their assigned shift.
Can I participate if I am a gap-year student or recent graduate?
Yes. Eligible gap/recent graduate students can participate in the designated University & Gap Students Level.
