01What is AFC Future Leaders Olympiad?
AFC Future Leaders Olympiad একটি skill-based youth competition, যেখানে শিক্ষার্থীদের শুধু মুখস্থ জ্ঞান নয়, বরং তারা কীভাবে চিন্তা করে, সিদ্ধান্ত নেয়, যোগাযোগ করে এবং বাস্তব জীবনের সমস্যা সমাধান করে—সেসব দক্ষতাকে গুরুত্ব দেওয়া হয়।
এটি শিক্ষার্থীদের নিজেদের knowledge, thinking ability এবং problem-solving skills বাস্তব পরিস্থিতিতে প্রয়োগ করার সুযোগ দেয় এবং ভবিষ্যতের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় দক্ষতা সম্পর্কে আরও সচেতন হতে সাহায্য করে।
02Who can participate in AFC Future Leaders Olympiad?
School, Madrasha, College ও University-এর শিক্ষার্থীরা নিজ নিজ যোগ্যতা ও নির্ধারিত level অনুযায়ী অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারবে।
এছাড়াও নির্ধারিত যোগ্যতা পূরণকারী Gap Year বা Recent Graduate শিক্ষার্থীরাও অংশগ্রহণের সুযোগ পেতে পারে।
অর্থাৎ, শিক্ষাজীবনের বিভিন্ন পর্যায়ের তরুণদের জন্য এটি নিজেদের সক্ষমতা যাচাই, নতুন কিছু শেখা এবং ভবিষ্যতের জন্য প্রস্তুতি নেওয়ার একটি সুযোগ।

05What skills does the Olympiad focus on?
এই Olympiad-এ Scholarship, Career, Digital Skills, Leadership, Communication, Critical Thinking এবং Science-এর মতো গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয় ও skills-এর ওপর গুরুত্ব দেওয়া হয়।
এর মাধ্যমে শিক্ষার্থীরা শুধু academic knowledge নয়, বরং real-world skills সম্পর্কেও নিজেদের সক্ষমতা যাচাই করার সুযোগ পায়।
06Is the Olympiad only about academic knowledge?
না। এটি শুধু academic knowledge বা মুখস্থ জ্ঞান যাচাইয়ের competition নয়।
এখানে শিক্ষার্থীদের thinking, decision-making, communication এবং problem-solving ability-কে গুরুত্ব দেওয়া হয়। অর্থাৎ, তারা শেখা বিষয়গুলো বাস্তব পরিস্থিতিতে কীভাবে প্রয়োগ করতে পারে, সেটিও গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।
